I haven’t read how it runs, if it runs. Agreed… take a hose to it and post more pictures. Also show us the engine compartment.

2 more things to consider: depending on how long this one sat, the TBI's (rebuild) AND in-tank fuel pump (replace) are probably givens too...............

Corvette Ben on Youtube has a great video on the 82 CE, and how much all the replacement parts cost. If you watch his video and realistically look at how much it would cost to restore this 82 you'll quickly come to the conclusion that it would cost far more than this car could ever be worth. In my humble opinion, I think you would be hard pressed to get anywhere near $7K Cash for this car as it needs a complete paint job, complete interior etc. etc. etc. I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade it's just my opinion.
