Sorry, You stated you lived in North East Wi not north West.
Lol you're right I did, sorry about that. Technically yes it's North West Wisconsin and I should have stated that correctly so. Wisconsinites in my area can be a bit weird. Around these woods Appleton/ green Bay area is considered up north. Above Eau Claire is considered North West Wisconsin. Anything east of highway 53 is considered North East....and down south is the beer capitol. Thems the big cities with tall buildings with electric stairs and robot box people mover uppers and downers.....Most my neighbors are trees.
If the trailing arm bushings are still good, it could be that you do not need to adjust the toe-in. It's the least likely thing to change, and the hardest to edit.
I would have any alignment shop just check the rear. Then you can come back here and we can help you adjust it. If it ain't broke don't mess with it.
OTOH if you lowered the car, you absolutely will need to adjust the camber.
However you can check that easily with your smart phone. Download an app like "inclinometer" it works well.
To adjust the camber you will need to A) get the camber eccentric bolts loose B) replace the strut rods which bushings are the highest wear item in a C3 suspension fr or rr. or C) Just go ahead and buy threaded strut rods so you can easily adjust the camber. Getting the old ones off the shock "stud" can be fun (I mean PITA). The threaded strut rods, once installed, make this camber adjustment an easy job.
