I have the silver over gray anniversary edition with some minor dings and scratches. What would y'all recommend to fix those scratches? A pro-shop or can I just grab some touch up paint from the parts house?
That's all going to be very dependent on a number of things...
*how big is the damage to be fixed (pics would help)
*whats the current paint on the car bc/cc or original lacquer (non clearcoat)
*what's your expectations when done.
Touch up will always show... especially your colors so if your looking for non detectable repairs you will want to have the ability to spray your paint.
If you post some pics of the damaged areas that would help with a process, our conpany owns automotive paint distribution all over the country including Texas, if we have something close to you i can see if we can get something matched close but will not be lacquer... will typically be a higher end BASF, PPG, Axalta, AKZO etc.
I also have lots of collision center customers all over just not sure it's going to be easy to find a shop to do that work but I can check around.
Unfortunately, silver is one of the worst colors to match. Golfobsessed is spot on. Post some good pictures and we can offer recommendations to get it presentable but unless you are willing to shell out for painting entire panels, it will always be detectable.
