If it is an original Harrison (GM), someone who wishes to keep their car original (NCRS) would be interested. There will be a metal plate with model numbers on it.
If it is an original Harrison four speed radiator (and the end tanks aren’t all dented) it’s worth a few bucks. The correct end tanks are getting to be nearly impossible to find.
Yes, 71 LS5 4 speed original tanks that are near perfect. The ID tag is missing due to a recore job in '86.
I think I'll give it to my neighbor, he takes items to the recycler for the local boy scout troop.
Side note, if the radiator is the older brass/copper it's worth about $50 if recycled. Maybe not worth the time/effort, but if you have other scrap to recycle...
I'll check shipping costs at the UPS store and let you know. Luckily I saved it in the DeWitts box.
We'll see if Stan wants it, I'll let you know.
Thanks for checking it out. Yes, I am interested… As mentioned, the end tanks on those big block and LT-1/L-46 radiators are getting to be impossible to find.
