Default LT-1 Rear Engine lift hook

Can anyone tell me where the hook goes? I haven’t been able to find any pictures or diagrams of how the rear hook is installed.

Bell housing or back of cylinder head? There’s a tang on the hook, which way does it go?

would the hook be painted orange with the engine or unpainted? I have seen in other threads that the front hook was left unpainted on LT-1’s due to the intake being aluminum and not being painted along with the intake.

Thanks

Back of the bellhousing, passenger side. It would receive whatever paint that area of the block received.
