1970 Corvette, new restoration , Finally got the key to turn starter over and now i am addressing no head light, no radio, no fan motor, no front blinkers only rears. Wiper do work with lower manual switch only.
Thanks
Sounds like your issue is affecting more than one feature, but I recently had a no headlight issue (just one light), and it turned out to be corrosion inside the crimp of the female terminal that goes onto the male tab on the back of the headlight bulb.

Check post 23. The red wire comes from the starter to the horn relay...it changes colors at the fusible links......check for 12 volts at the relay with the car off. All the power for the fuse box comes off the light switch as well so it could be an issue in the light switch or the fuse block itself has corroded wires on the back that you cant see

Crawl under the dash and see where the power is at the fuse box....could be a wiring issue there or bad headlight switch. I usually take the steering wheel off and the seat out if I am going to be under there for any length of time
I think just hire some neighbourhood teenager to run in front of your car with a brite flashlight would be the easiest solution.
Or I suppose you could chase down the wiring issue.
In reference to post#7. I don't always tell everyone , but i will this time - I am colored blind and with the wiring being color coded , sometimes i could use some help! Like look at fuse box , or light switch.

Reason: more info
I'm turning the switchon and its working the wipers. I don't know what you mean by pulling down on it. The door is open and I manually open it since the motor is not running. I wasn't aware it would open the door as well.

the switch under the dash is the wiper override switch. It actually turns the wipers off do you can change the blades. the 2 pull down ***** override the vacuum system and open the doors. Pushed up is the normal position. Turn the **** so that the wipers work then use the dash switch to turn them off. If thats not working then something isnt wired correctly or the person before you messed with the wiring. Pull the wiper switch and see if its plugged in correctly they can plug in either way but that protrusion is supposed to prevent the switch from being put in backwards
The middle **** if it's turned clockwise one click, it makes it so my wipers will not work if I go back clockwise I Wipers
work. If wiper switch is in the off mode , the lower **** will not work the wipers.

Im confused as to what you are saying..Does your dash wiper switch make your wipers work? THe switch under the dash is only to make your wipers stop on the windshield so you can change your blades. It should be set so that your wiper switch functions. If your wiper switch is not functioning at all then someone has messed with your system. Make it so your wipers move with the under dash switch turned on then dont touch it and just mess with your dash switch.
