Default 71 heat/ac control assembly

Okay. I'm installing a new Heater/AC control assembly in my 71 with AC. I can't find any helpful videos or diagrams. I plan to take pics as I go and mark things. Does anybody have any pictures, diagrams, warnings, helpful tips or suggestions for this? The unit is described as "ready to install" but I'm sure I'll have to use my existing fan switch, vacuum switch and probably a few other things. It doesn't appear to be as difficult as the rebuild kits I've seen. I'll have a helper that is pretty knowledgeable but we could use any advice. Thanks in advance.

Definitely take pics. I believe the fan speed switch is separate and it is a *T(O&^PI){ to install...... Let's see what you get when the control comes. It will be an adventure.

Got my new heat/AC controller assembly put in. Took about an hour 1/2. My tips for anybody planning to do this. Screw each individual screw you take loose into a piece of cardboard and write what it is. Label your switch connectors and vacuum hoses when you pull them off. TAKE PICTURES of the way the wires are routed through the bracket. The most important thing (that I didn't do on all of them) is put your screws in your new unit before you put it in the car so the threads are started. You can remove the screws before you put the new one in. It is not easy but if I can do it, anybody can. Thanks for everybody's help.
