Default what is this part from?
Found it in the wiper well area on '72. Couldn't locate anything similar in the drawings but I did have the wiper spring break recently and waiting on replacement wiper arm for that. Maybe from that?

The wiper arm tension spring attaches to the slot in that piece and the rolled end sits on the pivot shaft at the end of the arm.

OK, thanks. the pivot shaft gave way on the old arm so that makes sense.
