Looking at wheels, and like the us mags,I think they are called 104 chrome, but curious is their a lot of people that goes with 7 inch on front and 8 inch rears, and of course staggered tires.curious what it would look like,I guess you would call that old school.

'Old school' depends on the car. In this case, classic Corvettes (say C4 and older - exception being special models likes the C4 ZR1, etc) did not leave the factory with staggered wheel/tire combination. It was one size all the way around - front to back. That's Corvette 'old school'. Running a '57 chevy set up as a 'Gasser' with huge tires in the back and skinny tires up front is 'old school' too, but that doesn't apply to the Corvette.

Like 4-vettes, I run 255/60-15's on all four corners.

Unless you are modifying the car for race applications and putting on big fender flares, then same size all the way around is the way to go. Also, it allows you to rotate your tires periodically, which is NOT an option on a staggered setup.
