Sorry you were expecting better.
On my car I used some Harley Davidson saddlebag weatherstrip to fill the gaps. Looks HEAPS better. But is NOT stock. I'll see if I can get a pic, I know I posted it on here awhile back.
what about the size of your rear window? Did it have a gap like mine?

honestly….I will have to look. It’s not an area I glare at regularly. I know it’s not something that bothers me. Using some sort of rubber bead seal would close it up if you wanted to.

if you painted that area black I think it would visually disappear.

yeah, if you don’t mind taking a look when you have time. I’m more curious than anything. Sure I can fix it but I’m just curious to see and to know that I’m not the only one that has this gap.

How do I know it's factory stock above? Ask me how long I've owned this 77. We have grown old together my friend.
what about the sides? Do they have a gap to like mine?

I'll take some photos of my rear interior later tonight. Give ma couple hours. Mine is all factory stock interior. Fit and finish is less than perfect, it's dark back there. No one really see's it.

. Yeah nobody’s gonna see mine either. No rush on the photos. Don’t worry about it. I’m just curious to see how big of a gap you have compared to mine. Thanks for your time. I appreciate it.

wow just like mine. Thank you for the pictures. I don’t get it. I don’t get why it would leave the assembly line like that but it doesn’t matter what I think. Thanks again for the pictures.

Your welcome, I have had all of these parts out. Cleaned super good and reinstalled as best as I could get them to fit. So, actually, it's probably a tad bit better than factory.
