Wife has rosary beads, a cross and don't know what else hanging from the mirror in her Acadia. If it gives her comfort, okay and whatever. Nothing for me.
Now, back in high school when few cars had (working) clocks, had a Timex stretched over the mirror.

We recently took a road trip from St. Louis to Lexington and Bowling Green KY. I had my cell phone on the mirror for the trip.

I live in Wisconsin and although it's illegal to hang anything from your rearview mirror it's also illegal for a police officer to pull you over and give you a citation for such a thing... Government weird huh

Good way to get pulled over in MN with something hanging from your rear view mirror. Right up there with windows tinted too dark.

Must be a Pontiac thing. Big Medicine.

Nothing hanging from the 427 Corvette mirror.
Not even sure if I even have a rear view mirror in that car.
I channel the famous line from "Cannonball Run"...
