A buddy of mine had a fairly nice and wiide pit in his home shop. When it was clean (rare occasions for him) and well-lit, it was actually pretty handy.
Assuming those little risers are secured to the outriggers, you should be fine. If not, forget it.

Those risers are rolled on the bottoms so slide over the outriggers. I saw these lifts being used for Hot Rod magazine project cars and liked being able to get the car up for bodywork/painting plus brakes and such. And don't need bolted down. I considered Quickjacks but get about 3 times the height with this. I would love to have a 4 post lift but no room.
I will pick up some 2" X 12's and make another set of blocks to set the car on. Then slide the jack out and be able to get underneath for most anything.
