In all honesty, I'd love to get $5000 and just have it out of here. $5000 will help do the repairs we need, and I'd have more space to clean things out.

The previous owner of the house I bought is going tomail me the title I believe. He's mailing that and some other household paperwork because we did the closing "by mail" last Monday.
