How about an EFI version of the 3x2? I have nicer valve covers now but you get the idea.

And here is a setup I ran for a while prior to the EFI and after running the stock Tripower carbs.

Mopar 4782 (center) 4783 (end) carbs. Only adaption to the Corvette was a 1/2" spacer, new fuel lines, custom linkage, swapping the Corvette choke linkage over (new custom rod) and modifying the accelerator cable bracket for clearance.

No vacuum pods. Full mechanical secondaries with accelerator pumps. This thing would hit like a monster when the secondaries kicked in. Lot of fun.

I went EFI for the driveability and the fact that the carbs wanted to die on hard stops due to fuel sloshing to the front of the bowls.

You can solve the fuel starvation issue by moving the idle feed restrictors to the bottom of the fuel block for better head pressure and adjusting the idle air feeds. Those carbs are super sensitive to the float levels....I did it with an aftermarket fuel block...its a lot of time, reading and tuning.
