wiper motor wiring

my 1970 wiper is not working, when i disconnected 3 wire plug from motor yellow has power, green shows ground Blue shows ground but when switch is off shows power. also red wire show power.. replaced switch and relay. any idea what to look for ?

Make sure the wiper motor is grounded as well as the switch
And that the plug for the switch is the right way around
