Default Wiring trouble

I am working on my 78 Corvette and have a few wires that are broken and do not know where they go. One set of wires is light blue and dark blue the other is yellow and brown. I will add pictures tomorrow. Any help is welcome.

We get this all the time. I have a wire, or wires that I don't know where they go.
Standard answer, what doesn't work!

My Guess,
C127 (C=Connector) was located around the left side of the instrument panel and if you had the rear speaker option...

indeed! And the answer 9 out of ten times is, What isn't working! And other times it's just that ALL cars have extra wires that go to accessories that were never installed. All cars have wires to nowhere. They make one harness. Not all cars have every option.
So, the basic first question is. What doesn't work?
If everything works. Why are we concerned?
