Hey all,

I bought a set of second hand glass t tops since mine were separating and in very rough condition overall. I was wondering what this rusty part is called:

Is this right part number or am I wrong?

Also should this all come as one piece?

When I was watching this video it seems the rail is already attached to the weatherstripping all around unlike the link above:

That rusty part is inside the rubber weatherstripping -- this one looks like all the rubber has disintegrated, leaving the metal structure.
The Philips head screws secure that section of the weatherstripping to the top and allow adjustment for sealing the window. Be gentle and careful removing the screws or else you'll have some drilling and tapping to do.

I should have said that the screws go into floating nut plates — each screw will begin wiggling in all directions as it is loosened.

Yes. That is inside the weatherstripping so it looks like you will need a new one.

I was able to remove it. Unfortunately had to drill two of those screws out they were completely rusted out

Yeah, I had to drill one or two of mine out too. Pretty sure I used a left-handed bit in the hopes it would unscrew the screw as it drilled. If you're careful at drilling, you can just run a thread chaser and reuse the same size screw.
