Default Help ID electrical part
This part has a nylon base with one red wire, one black with a green strip and two black wires going into the back. It has one red jumper wire on the front. All of this wires go into the wiring harness.

Welcome to the forum. It would help if you identify the year of the car and perhaps a picture of the part further back so we can see where it sits on the firewall. Jerry

1974 ? Its the seat belt override switch ,or what's left of it . Its (one year ) purpose was to override the non start set up if you weren't sitting in the drivers seat.
