After a few months of searching alot of rims, finally came to the result
Ordering some Torque thrust very soon, final size will be worked out in the next 2 weeks
Very very nice car.
I am partial to the OEM rally’s, but if I ever went aftermarket, it would be those.
What electric fan setup did you use, may I ask?
Also, how are you controlling the temperature switching?
Hey mate, will have to check on the Brand (memory fails me) big twin setup up ordered from America (Im in Australia) the controller is a custom build box from a mate, fully Auto (Temp) with manual overide if I feel the need, never goes over 180 which is awesome
Thanks for the kind remarks. 18" all the way around on both hot rods.
The 73 was 285/40 rears and 245/40 front.
The 80 is 275/40 rears and 245/40 front.
The 80 is my current hot rod project.
The 73 went down the road a number years ago to make way for a new project. Ended up in the UAE middle east. Don't ask me how.
bit of work on the brakes today, then the boys did the final measurments on the 76 for the new 18in rims (Cant wait) and then took it out on a solid hour cruise on a bloody hot day to check the work on the steering and the temps etc,
Steering bloody perfect much tighter really happy with it, and the temp man it was hot but as you can see at the end of the short temp was magic, and she was run hard
Did I miss something? I didn't think it was that hot today. I'm confused.
15 inch wheels came on our cars.
15 inch wheels look period correct.
we hit 30 today, so hot as in hot
15in did indeed come with the car, and will continue to be put on and off as I feel like it
15in do look period correct but the 18's looking smoking hot and I love them
and that kind Sir is the name of the game
I like what I like, not what others think
