Arp head studs
ive decided to pop some on while ive got my engine out and there are 3 sets i can see. any recommendations on if its worth the extra bucks for the 12 point?
i was thinking id just run standard 6 points but ive never had head studs before
ARP1343601 - best i can tell these are standard basic 6 points
ARP1343701 - 12 point variant

Always-always-always, opt for the twelve point regardless of the application.
Whether it's for the heads, Intake manifold, headers, exhaust manifold or even the water pump.
Doubling the number of points helps get a box-end wrench into awkward angles that a six point can not do.
And the 12 pt just looks more professional than a cheap fastener from the local hardware.
