Been a couple of years but this place was great: Columns Galore
They are local to me so I can't speak to shipping or any of that but once in a while you catch a small business doing something right and this is one of them. They rebuilt my '69 tilt-tele and it came back looking brand new. Nice folks, extremely helpful.

64-66 GM tilt columns are unique to the point there really are not much parts out there to rebuild or replace if there are broken parts. 67 on up a different story

There are currently two vendors on eBay that restore tilt/tele columns. They also sell fully restored "turn-key" columns.

If you've been there then you know what I know 
1) the shop in Brewster is on those weird little roads off the main drag that are the size of driveways at 45 degree angles. I can only imagine plowing snow there....
2) when I walked inside there were food and water dishes sitting there for a dog I never saw but the bowls were the size of kiddie swimming pools. No doubt they have their security well thought out ......woof woof
Again, great folks to deal with with attention to detail. I have no affiliation with them, just a good experience.
