Not that I am aware of.
The door linkage has subtle difference but the door is the same.
Edit* I believe even the linkage is interchangeable but there is a difference between 68 and later years. GM added a thin metal tab on each end that attaches to the body to help stabilize the linkage after 68
There are some minor things about the 68 door. First of all, the windshield washer spritzers attach to the underneath of the door and squirt the window through a grill opening. 69 and up, places the spritzers on the windshield wiper arms. Also, maybe the way the stainless steel trim piece screws on at the end of the door??? However, the doors are interchangeable,......I'm pretty sure. Putting a 69 and up door on a 68? Drill some tiny holes to attach the spritzers, or just buy the brass tubing to put the 69 spritzers on the 68 arms.
The most important issue with any of these doors operating properly is that the original treads machined into the door for the attaching {linkage] bolts have not been damaged. If they have been, they cannot just be redrilled and tapped. The alignment of these installed screws MUST be precisely correct for the door to operate properly.
