Default Finally got power!
Today I was messing with wires, unsure of what plugged into where. The previous owner had swapped out some, so the diagram proved near useless because none of the colors lined up. But today I got power to my headlights, hazards, and gages! however, i still have one live wire in the engine bay that doesn't seem to connect to anything, and power to the main switch is lacking. But I made progress and I some excited about it!

If the hot live wire is a thick red wire in the engine bay it may be disconnected from the Power-In that supplies voltage to the key switch.
