Hello still new to corvettes car was setting over winter (started it here and there) went to go change to from side post to top post now I have no electrical power cleaned ground wire even replaced it any ideas will help thanks

Any chance that you initially connected the positive to the negative terminal?
If yes, then you might have burned out a fusible kink,
Check the fusible link at the starter.

No power anywhere? Or just don't crank? Check the battery voltage at the battery then at the cable ends , you did wire brush the terminals battery and cables? I would also suspect fusible link issue if 12v at cables.
I get it. I have hated Side-Post since their invention.
However.
What type of Top-Post cable terminal did you switch to? Some require melting some solder over copper with extreme heat.
Others are simply a cheap clamp that you hope conducts electricity.
Either way, that connection is likely the cause of your issue.
Had you accidently hooked up the battery backwards with a complete circuit, then damage could occur.
Had you just hooked up one side, POS or NEG, nothing would happen.
Inspect really close, the new cable terminal you just installed.
