I am looking for help in finding the right person to send my Master Cylinder for my 69 too. I want it freshened up and working but not restored.
Anybody able to point me in the right direction?
Try Muskegon Brakes, Corvette Stainless Steel Brakes, Apple Hydraulics, White Post Restorations, and Lone Star. The major work on a master cylinder is boring out the piston bore and installing a stainless sleeve (if needed), the rest is just cleaning and seals.
If the bore isn't pitted...buy a small adjustable hone / use it to freshen the bore / flush out and install a seal kit / refill /bleed / paint.....DONE!
