Have a #3 body mount bolt refusing to budge, despite soaking the area with penetrating oils for most of a month. Anyone have some wisdom to share on this?
Get into that access hole and cut away as much rubber as possible. Drown the area in a mix of automatic transmission fluid and acetone. About a 50/50 mix.
give that a few days trying to tighten then loosen said bolt about once a day.
If all else fails, cut the head off the bolt with a die grinder and a burr. Lift body and the heat the nut with a torch.
I don't know if you've tried it but once when I encountered a large frozen bolt as a last resort, and after fighting with it for several hours, I rented an electric 3/4" impact wrench. The bolt was loose in 5 seconds.

On my 1980 passenger side #3 nut spun in it's cage.
Nut access for me was limited. Ended up wrapping one end of a hacksaw blade with duct tape, pretending I was in prison, and sawing away.
I tried jamming screwdrivers etc inside #3 cage to try lockin nut in place. Nothing worked except sawing through bolt.
After body lift, cut old caged nut and cage off frame and welded a new nut and cage in place.
Follow up: used a 90 degree attachment to my Dremel tool and cut the bolt head off. Used an air powered grinder to finish what was left and remove the washer. Now I'll have to contend with the remaining bolt in the nut, but after the body is up and I can see it. Thx to all!
