With many trusted vendors no longer in business, it is not only a loss for good suppliers but risks the loss of good troubleshooting information too. Many of us have saved pics and files from the vendors for future reference and if we can gather them in one place it may assist those coming after us in their searching. I propose, as an archiving effort, uploading the actual pics and pdf files and not links to personal and 3rd party locations which can break over time – Photobucket images is a prime example.
I don't propose we upload anything from a current business - like Dr. Rebuild, Zip, CC, etc. (Paragon is now owned by CC, so that is probably not kosher either.)
Willcox was one such vendor for me. Here are the Willcox files I have. In the upload description, I've entered Willcox's title for the image.

I looked for Willcox info couple of days ago and thought it would be archived somewhere even though Willcox was out of business but no luck. Much thanks for the uploads. Maybe make a Willcox ref doc's a sticky?
.
If anyone can find and post the Willcox document on soft tops, I was looking for it a while back and could not locate it anywhere. It is named "soft-top-install-68-75.pdf". I made the mistake of not downloading it before I needed it. I just remember it was pretty good. A sticky is a great idea. When someone goes through all the work to put together these documents, they can live on forever by helping us newbies with our projects.
Nope. Not the same. Willcox's adjustable resistor was installed behind the gauge IN-PLACE of the permanent 90-ohm resistor. Would work to make gauge accurate across the range instead of only one temp.
Closes duplicate I've seen is Ecklers and they don't have any.... https://www.ecklerscorvette.com/corv...-363419-1.html
and an image for when that link dies:

I purchased all new replacement gauges from Corvette Central.
They are exact replacement AC Delco.
The resistors are built into each gauge and no external resistors are necessary.
It is not a matter of gauge replacement.
It is a matter of gauge accuracy (as far those analog gauges are anyway). My temp gauge slowly started reading low after years of use. i just lived with it until Willcox came out with that Adjustable Resistor and then I bought it to try it. Holy Cow! I could dial in my gauge and it tracks wonderfully with digital readout after that.... and I put up with that low temp reading for ages (decades).
Recently I tested a 3/8" Temp Sender (Wells SU109) and I was able to dial it in to also closely track with my digital temp readout.
That testing is documented here in case somebody wants to double-check me: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...post1608844152
