It’s sheet aluminum attached to the cross bar for the cage. All the original firewall and dash was removed and replaced with 1/2 square with aluminum panels on both sides with insulation in the middle. I also moved the passenger foot box back behind the clutch so if it ever exploded my wife’s feet would be safe.

Wanted to make sure I was happy with the seat and she was happy with it before I ordered the second one. Ordered it a few days ago so coming soon. Been working on installing power steering atm. KSE tandem pump and the power steering box seemed the simplest way to go.
