I'm thinking the car drove through or was "high tided" by seawater.

The scariest part is that car ran and drove actually pretty well. I could only imagine what would happen if you brought it up to highway speeds or put it into a corner.

One of the first big job I did on my 73 back in 1995 was taking the he body off the frame to repair the frame and rocker channels because of rusted out around the body mounts. Body was sitting on the frame not bolted to it

Hello,
I was asked to look at what was described as a "rust free" car.
These photos are some of what I saw.
The rust had been "repaired" so now it could described as "rust free".
