Default C3 Body mount replacment

Both of my number four mounts are completely shot. The number three mounts and number one mounts are good. The number two mounts are not so good.

all of them should be able to be replaced without needing to do any welding except for the number two body mount on the passenger side, which may need some welded repair (rust hole near rubber bushing.

The question what's a reasonable cost (ballpark) for that type of job?

also, for a Sunday driver, would it be safe and possible to not do the welded repair on the passenger side number two mount? Just kinda do the best what's easy and possible there knowing its lacking but also knowing that the other seven mounts are good and strong

Below is the worst of it. The number 4 on the passenger side is basically gone besides a little piece of the metal plate above the bushing. You can actually see the shadow where it was. I don't have a picture of the passenger side, number four. It's still there, but it's rusted badly.

For the number two mounts, the driver side is rusted, but not through the metal. The passenger side is rusted to the point where there's a hole around the rubber bushing.

I don't have pictures of the numbers one and three, but the mechanic is doing a little suspension work and a transmission pan seal for me right now told me that they looked good. Nothing like the two and four.

Number 4 mount on driver side- the bracket is gone

Driver side number 2. Rusted but not through the metall

Pass side 2- hole in metal under rubber bushing

I'm generally pretty handy, but don't have a ton of experience with cars. If I was confident that I was capable, I'd be open to try myself, but I'm not sure that I have the knowledge to know how to do it. If it was just a matter of lifting up the body a few inches to shim it to get some room to work, I might be able to give it a try, but I'm not sure how hard that is. I certainly not capable of fully taking the body off.

Related note, I'm not sure if I have other birdcage issues. I can't see any. But there were some loose rust flakes around the rubber gaskets which could be directly from that rusted area in the pictures, but also presumably couldve fallen down from somewhere. I looked up the pillars from the number two mounts and I see some surface Rust but nothing major. I took off the interior trim and the windshield frame looks good from the inside, and so does the center rail between the tee Tops. As far as I can tell, it seems isolated to the mounts, but I'm not sure if there's anything I can't see behind the windshield gasket. I did not take out the windshield. The car will be garage kept forever so it won't see rain unless I get caught driving in some unexpectedly. If I can find a little rust, I suppose I'll treat it but hopefully there's nothing severe enough to significant repair.
