Default 75 Strut Rod Support Bracket Torque

I'm having trouble finding a definite answer for the Struct Support Bracket bolts. The bolts that hold the bracket to the differential (not the ones that hold the strut rods).

Also, I'm changing to adjustable strut rods. Does this change any of the regular torque settings? It looks like the new adjustable strut rods should have the little rubber isolators between the rod and the bracket, but I didn't see them in my kit. (I may have missed them). Are they supposed to be there.

Why are you guys always asking torque specs? How bout just tighten things down?
The only times I have ever used a torque wrench on my Corvette was with head bolts , differential work and setting up lash in the steering gear box.
