Try J&D Corvettes in Bellflower, CA. They have a salvage yard full of used parts. Lot of their stuff is rust free due to SW US salt free roads. By rust free, I mean none of the flakey black rust, just surface corrosion. BTW, I think all the frame extension horns from 68 through 73 are basically interchangeable. GM sold the 73 frame as the service frame for all 68 through 73 Corvettes. I think for some years one of the three mounting bolt holes don't match up, so you may have to drill a hole for fitment.
.........
I bought a GM frame, from the local dealers parts department, for my 69. Years later, I went to use it for my 70. I had fitment issues with the used frame extensions that I had. Later, after a lot of flail trying to find out what was going on, someone at Volunteer Vette told me that the source of my problem was that my "NOS 69" frame was really a NOS 73 frame.
