Default Starter mount pad stampings

Good morning, all.

Does anyone here have any information on starter mount pad stampings?

I've read on another forum (Chevell) that sometimes the warranty replacement blocks had dates stamped on the mount pads.

Aside from the dates, what would the letters "A" and "H" mean?

I think more info and pics are needed.
What is the casting number of the block?
What is the casting date of the block?
What is on the front stamp pad - picture?
What does the starter pad look like - picture?

Thanks for the response, Owen.

It is a 6321 block, as it is supposed to be a replacement block from way back when the original owner blew up original block in my ‘68.

The casting date is L287 - Dec 28 1967

The front stamp pad had what I believe to be a re stamp of TO108IR

The trim tag has a built date of F23 1968
