'71 Elec Relays & Flashers

'71 Elec Relays & Flashers
Would somebody please help me determine if I have all the needed items for my '71, manual, non-A/C, non-power window/locks car...
I have the following 4 relays:
horn relay for driver's fender
w/s wiper relay (I believe it mounts on top of forward end of trans tunnel)
Heater Blower Motor Relay (is this one only for cars with air conditioning?)
TCS Relay that mounts on engine side of firewall (front relay of two mounted back-to-back on same bracket)
What is the 2nd relay of that pair that is just behind the TCS relay? My old original one is the same size as the TCS relay with one terminal at a 90* orientation rather than all parallel terminals. I don't see this listed on the vendor sites...
Are there supposed to be two flasher units (1 for turn signals & another for hazard flashers)?

I wonder if the new digital innards in my look-alike radio will be affected if the flashers don't have the capacitor??

I found info on those relays in the Tech/Perf forum.
Hammerhead Fred posted a revised wiring diagram for 71's that corrects mistakes in the AIM's diagram for the CEC system (TCS system in other years).
The forward relay is the delay relay and the rear one is the reversing relay.
