I was noticing that the interior surface of the T-Tops on my 70 coupe have become "sticky" to the touch. What can I use to clean them and return them to their "non-sticky" condition.

I used denatured alcohol and/or VM&P naphtha (I don't recall which - maybe both) to remove it from my steering wheel. It took a few wipe-downs, but did work in the end. Kerosene would work similarly. The car is original ( I have owned since 1974) so no added vinyl paint to worry about.
Steering wheel is fine, just noticed the “ sticky” surface when I drove it last night.
The. Car is a garage Queen so not regularly exposed to hot sun n high temps. Has to be just an age issue as the complete interior is original to the car (43,000 mls).

i use blue dawn dish soap , a few drops on a damp magic eraser , scrub what your cleaning with it and then a clean dry micro fiber towel to wipe it off.
I used saddle soap with great results on all of the interior pieces of my 72. Took a little elbow grease but worked fantastic and didnt harm the material at all. Nothing else i tried worked.
