new R4 compressor
as the title says i got a new four seasons R4 style a/c compressor and having fitment issues.
i have flotek heads and had no problems with the alternator mounts but when i go to bolt up the a/c compressor the top adjuster slot doesn’t line up its about 3/8” off. no matter how i rotate the compressor i can’t get it to work. used all my factory mounts that bolted right in and it had a compressor in there but was junk so i threw it out and have nothing to reference to.
when i measured the distance between the four mounting holes on the back of the compressor it measures 5-3/4” center to center and my mounts measurement is roughly 5-3/8”. trying to research the compresses with no luck.
has anyone else had a issue?
