I have a set of (4) Rally Wheels, Center Caps, and Trim Rings for sale. I just took them off my 1965 Coupe and they are straight as an arrow and balance great. They are original Kelsey Hayes Steel Wheels. Center Caps nice shape. trim rings are original stainless with some dings but still decent. The stamp on them indicates they are from 1976.

From the photo it appears the trim rings are the 67 model year style rather than the 68+ style.
The center caps are the 68+ style.

From the appearance of the trim rings in the wheels I'm also thinking those aren't 8" wide wheels.
The 67 rally wheels were 6" wide, the 68 rally wheels were 7" wide, and the 69+ were 8" wide.
Perhaps you should check your wheels to be certain what they are.

I checked the stampings on the 4 wheels and they are 1976 models. Also I measured them and they are 8"
