Default QuadraJet 7028216

I know they are hard to find, but my '68 would be complete with one on top.

Try Custom Rebuilt Carburetors in Middlessex NJ. Not going to be cheap but it will be right. That is a one year, one car, one engine & trans combo carburetor with many very unique parts on it that, even on real ones ( and there are plenty of fakes) tend to get "replaced". Good luck!!

Thanks for the lead. They had several 7028210's available, which is a good option for now. Anything I buy will go to Lars before it goes on the car.

I will keep a lookout for the 7028216, but she is a needle in a haystack.

Just be aware that most of the 7028216's out there are fake re-stamps... be careful - if it's "pretty," it's probably fake... I have quite a few photos of a real one in case you want to compare what you find against what it should be.

I am changing out my original quadrajet. I'm not sure what is stamped on it, but if you are still interested I can let you know. (The car is not at the house at the moment)

Thanks, but I have a great running carb Lars built for me. If I find this hard to find one, then I would have Lars build it. Otherwise, the current carb is flawless.

Boomer 880, have the carb number you are looking for, it's an incomplete core, missing the top
