Vortec Intake Torque?
I'm putting the vortec intake on my 350 HO engine and don't know the torque specs and tightening pattern. My old Haynes doesn't have it. I assume you work from the inside out? Also should I use sealer on the gasket? Looks like a rubber type Felpro. Thanks. John

Hey, I'm in the process of doing this too. The torque on the intake is 11ftlbs and no more. It's low torque and you should not use any sealant - but you do need sealant on the front and rear.
I tightened from the inside out in a criss cross pattern.
