I actually might run down the track without any belt.. Might take it off for my passes and re-charge the battery when I get back from my pass...

Was able to tighten down the shifter today.. Didn't get a chance to do any other work to the '68 today... Had car trouble with the Blazer today... Needed to install new brake pads...

I'm starting to get worried about receiving my 12-bolt rear end... I had Dan from Van Steel check with Tom's on a delivery date for my 12-bolt setup.. and they actually said that it'll take a few more weeks 
.. That would really suck if I'd miss the first Corvette Challenge event...
