Caliper Paint?
Does anyone have any sugestions on what kind of paint should be used on brake calipers?

I never had a problem with any metal paint. Then again I don't drive that hard that my calipers overheat and burn the paint.

I don't think the paints give a real pro. look to them.Kind of a cheap powder coat.I've seen both the brush and spray.Both look too thick of a coating and like a teenager on a budget trying to achive the look of powder coating on his Honda Camery.Although the picture on this thread looks pretty good.Maybe it's all in the prep.And the ones I've seen have not been a very good job.

I did mine with VHT Rotor and Caliper Paint. Rest is ACE Banner red and POR-15.

Regular por-15 is rated at 300 degrees. Do you guys think that is high enough to last on moderatly driven calipers??

I like the look of the VHT red and the Sunrise Red. I don't drive very hard now, but after I get done with the suspension upgrades?

Duplicolor caliper paint kit, sold at WalMart and Autozone (at least the 2 I know of) comes with cleaner, paint and hardener to do all 4.
