Default electrical and guages

ok so spring time is almost here and i will be working on the car again soon so i need to start ordering parts soon. i am replacing both front lower dash pads and the center guage cluster and want to put in all new guages in the center and also want to put in a new after market speedo and tach but want ones that will fit in the stock location. the only thing that i dont want to go with is the digital guages sense im not to fond of them. and i am also looking at replacing the wiring harness in the car and have no idea what will fit. i would like to switch it over to the new style spade fuses instead of putting in the glass fusses again but if i have to i will go with the glass ones if there arnt any newer style wiring harnesses available.

TIA mike

If you want an exact reproduction to start with, try here:

Lectric Limited

Since your planning aftermarket guages you could also start with one of these "universal" kits that have newer blade type fusebox, but looks like more work to connect/install:

Painless

I've also heard good things about M&H. They have exact fit hanesses but also offer them with updates for internal volt. regulator and/or HEI ignition too. I don't think they offer newer style fusebox though, unless you go with a universal type harness. Here's a link:

M&H

I know there are others out there, but this gives you a place to start.
