Seat swap
I searched and found everything else but the answer...so, will 82 seats bolt up to the 78? I don't wan't to do any major fabrication. Tracks from both year seats are available.

I have read that 79-82 will fit, but do not know this first hand.

If the 79-82 style seats are the electric version, they may bolt in but will not fit. The floor pans would need to be lowered to accomidate the extra height, or just drive without the T roofs and use goggles
