That's the electrical fuel pump.. It's very loud, but delivers very good fuel pressure...(18 - 20 psi to the regulator). When accelerating at the track - you lose pressure due to G-forces and having a pump that produces good pressure is important not to lean out the engine when going down the track..

There's no way that I'd drive to Orlando without overdrive and 4.11 gears.. I love my hearing...

Yes, my vette is female and there's a reason why I needed 4 inch pipes
