Default drive shaft help
I have an 80 that i'm converting from auto to 4spd. I got the Super t-10, bellhousing and all related parts tonight, they are from a 79. My question is two part, I want to use the driveshaft from the 79, is it the same length ? and who sells a rear u-joint that will adapt from the 79 to the 80 at the differential? ( I cant compare the driveshaft length right now as its in storage.)

get a driveshaft from an 80 or 81 manual, not a 79.

I have the shaft from the 80 and the 79. Stick driveshafts for an 80 are very very hard to find and if you could it would be cheaper to have one made. Anybody with any idea about the u-joint?
