Default Your thoughs needed please!!!

I just got back from the shop and have a few things to figure out. As of right now the car is on stands and the entire interior and rear suspension is out. I am working on the VB&P Street/Slalom Kit and putting in higher gears with a T56. While the interior is out I wanted to fix all the little things I can including the bad seams where the fiber meets the steel. Here is a picture of one of the joints after I peeled some of the old sealant away.

What all would you guys suggest I should have on my list? I dont want to put new carpet and interior pieces in and have them destroyed by leaks etc.
Here is the dash and rear.

Here is the rear. I painted the frames to ward off any rust, but hate to not do the entire frame. I have the bug now.

I have considered just taking the body off and going all the way, but I dont know how long the shop will be avail. or if I can devote that much time at this point in my life.(School 18hrs, work, wife and kids, etc)

I guess I'm feeling a little overwhelmed and dont like seeing all these things bad I cant fix do to time. Here is my original list of tasks in order of precidence:
rebuild rear wheel bearings - old ones had to much play
Fix E brake - didnt work
new rear spring -broken, wanted to kill 2 birds with VB&P kit
new diff. gears -mine was set to tight before I got the car
weatherstripping -leaks

Here are the extras that I took on after:
VB&P kit - do it right the first time
front end rebuild -while im at it
offset T/A -done - another while im at it
replace carpet -purchaced -while im at it
dye all interior pieces -done -while im at it
repair all 'glass
transplant T56 -wouldnt it be nice!

I guess im in too deep now and things started needing others. Could do the tranny swap easy while int. is out and since rear is out the tranny needs higher gears. And so on....

What would you guys do right now given you have to keep the project able to be picked up and transported with a 2 month notice and no budget constraints.

Thanks in advance for all your input!

Saving another from the parts stripper....
