Default 68 Short Block

Just visiting from the C-2 board. My 67 has a Sept. Cast block, ( I 297).
Block has been decked of previous numbers and rebuilt. I've put maybe 5000 miles on it. I'm putting the correct dated engine in the car and want to sell this engine. I have no idea what it is worth. Please give me your opinion. Thanks, Al W.

Just a block, shortblock, longblock, or complete? An un-numbered small-journal 327 bare block probably isn't worth that much. $200 maybe since it's freshly machined? I'd figure you'd get a better answer on the C2 side.
