I've had poor luck with Jeg's too.
I have ordered over $5000 worth of parts from them in a matter of weeks, and they never even send me a catalog.
Later, I called to order a set of (4) 17 inch TTII wheels. The guy took my number & said they'd call me back; they never did.
I bought a friend an Edelbrock 2x4 Vortec SBC intake for a Christmas present. Summit didn't list them, so I called Jeg's and placed an order.
The woman on the other end of the phone had a worse attitude than Nurse Ratchet. Needless to say, I will not do business with them again.
I am almost ashamed to say it ,but i do customer service for a major computer co. and there are 2 very important things you should always do when buying mail order.
1. always use a credit card never use a debit or check card.
2. DISPUTE the charges!!! that will get the sellers attention. i would bet that Jegs will be calling you to try to work things out instead.
Good luck

I feel your pain. Although my experience has been very good with both Jeg's & Summit, the brokerage charges are a killer if you have stuff sent to a Canadian address. You also have to pay shipping. Split orders should be charged shipping & handling only once if it's their call, and that's been my experience. Best advice I can offer: if you're close to the border, get a P.O. box in the U.S. and have stuff sent there. You'll save shipping & brokerage.
