Default Engine bay finally done

Well another before/ after post from me. Two weeks and 100 plus hours later looks much much better, used to be POR-15 black over broken fiberglass now all glassed in, smoothed and painted GM like semi-gloss.

After

And yes it was a royal PITA trying to manuever around with the engine in place. Not for the faint of heart.

Did you use a brush up in the tight places?
or
Did you use a deflector while spraying?

It looks beautiful.

You still thinking of selling?

Brent....

Still selling and yes used a deflector and a long straw like the red hose you find on the WD-40 bottles.

Looks like it would have taken a ton more time than 2 weeks. GREAT job. Very detailed. Did you spray or brush the top coat?

You have it looking good David. Did you think of adding the OD tranny? That would go a long way towards making it more of a daily driver. Plus it is a whole lot cheaper than a new one. I am sure you thought of it but I just wanted to throw it out there. I know you looked pretty hard to find this one, even with the neon it was still a cool car.
