Default What's wrong?
Well, everytime I turn off my car I hear a weird sound, as if the flywheel is spining the starter or something.

are you saying/thinking that the starter gear is not disengaging?

He will know quick if it isn't disengaging. I would pull the starter and clean it at very least.

Might be eng run on, gives a few knocks then a whirling sound.
